Before a wax you should gently exfoliate the the bikini area or area that you plan to wax a day or two before your wax service to remove dead skin cells. Take an Ibuprofen 30 minutes before your wax appointment can help reduce pain and discomfort during the procedure .Always consult with an healthcare professional before taking any medication.

Moisturize the skin and keep it hydrated but avoid heavy lotions immediately before waxing.

Avoid caffeine and Alcohol as they increase skin sensitivity. Skip tanning or sunburned skin prior to waxing. Ensure hair length is at least 1/4 inches long for effective waxing.

Never trim your hair before a waxing service as it can cause ingrown hairs , and hair to not be removed efficiently.

If you have shaved allow your hair at least 8 days to book a wax appointment to ensure proper removal of hair.
